Our 2019 menus have been created by our Executive Chef Eric Patterson based on his specialties and what works well within group settings. If there is something you do not see on our menus but would like to have served at your event, our team will be happy to propose customized menus to meet your specific needs: including vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions.

Custom menus will remain within the price range of the current menus. Please allow adequate time for your representative to confirm custom menus and pricing with the chef. Any special dietary needs must be communicated to Eric Patterson Concepts at least 10 days prior to the event to ensure that the chef can accommodate these needs.

It is our policy not to permit food and beverages to be brought into or removed from our function rooms or service areas. Our alcoholic beverage license requires us to: 1.Request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced. 2.Refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in our judgment, appears intoxicated.
